Bakewell Town Hall is an ideal venue for a wide range of events from wedding receptions to birthday parties and from concerts to plays. Bakewell Town Hall is available for hire all year round.
The following rooms are available for hire:
Assembly Room
The Assembly Room is suitable for concerts, shows, exhibitions, lectures, banquets, dinner dances, balls, fashion shows, corporate presentations, conferences, sales, discos, keep fit, ceremonies, wedding receptions and large meetings. The room has a sprung dance floor, and proscenium arch stage. There is an adjoining catering kitchen.
Capacity: Standing 200; Seated 150; Banquet 100; Dinner-Dance 80
Court Room
The Court Room is available for public meetings, conferences, community fund raising events, small parties and wedding receptions, displays, concerts and as a sales venue.
Capacity: Standing 100; Seated 60; Banquet 40
Council Chamber
The Council Chamber is suitable for smaller business meetings, recruitment interviews, training sessions and for community organisations to use for AGMs etc.
Capacity: Standing 30; Seated 20
