Networking Evening - Wednesday 15th February
The Peaks & Dales Business Network is an informal networking group who meet once a month at Bakewell Town Hall. Come along to one of our networking evenings and meet other like-minded business people in a very relaxed and welcoming environment.
All events are held in an evening from 5.30pm -7.00pm, so there is no disruption to your working day.
February’s ‘Business of the Month’ is Park Pantry, from Great Longstone – come along and sample some of their delicious desserts!
Our guest speaker will be Andrew Wearden, an independent website designer and consultant who is based in Buxton. Andrew will be delivering an informal presentation to help local business owners and entrepreneurs learn how to start ‘Twittering and Blogging’.
Hosted by Bakewell Town and Community Trust, the format of each event allows you to network and develop new business contacts. People will get the opportunity to tell everyone else about their business, but only if they wish to do so. The emphasis is on making people feel welcome and relaxed.
Attendance is FREE, but a £2.00 contribution towards snacks and refreshments would be very much appreciated.
