There’s so much to learn, for a new small team. We’ve had to tackle every aspect of running the BTH- from paper towels to websites and everything in between. We were learning on the job and thinking on our feet, so when we have a large event, we brace ourselves- check, double-check and check again! A large wedding reception is a challenge that we were determined to rise to; a new experience for us, we knew that everything had to be perfect so we threw ourselves into making the day go smoothly.
